Terms and Conditions for Piano Mastery Now Beta Tester Program

Thank you for being so interested in the Piano Mastery Now ("PMN," "we," "us," or "our") Beta Tester Program. By submitting your information through the PMN Beta Tester form on bwmg.xyz to participate in the PMN Beta Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before applying to the program. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not submit the form or participate in the Beta Program.
1. Overview of the PMN Beta Program
The PMN Beta Program is a free opportunity for adult beginner piano students to test and provide feedback on the Piano Mastery Now online piano learning experience. By participating, you will receive access to PMN lessons, resources, and materials in exchange for your feedback to help improve the program.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the PMN Beta Program, you must:
• Be accepted into the program. Space is limited, and not everyone will be accepted.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid email address.
• Complete the PMN Beta Tester form on bwmg.xyz with accurate information (first and last names, and email address).
• Be an adult beginner piano student and have a genuine interest in learning piano.
• We reserve the right to deny or revoke participation if you do not meet these criteria or violate these Terms.
3. Participation Requirements
As a PMN Beta Tester, you agree to:
• Provide honest, constructive feedback on the PMN lessons and materials via surveys, emails, or other methods specified by us.
• Use the beta materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not share, distribute, or reproduce any PMN Beta Program content, including lessons, videos, or resources, without our written permission.
• Notify us promptly of any issues or errors encountered during the beta testing process.
4. Access to the Beta Program
Upon submitting the PMN Beta Tester form, you will receive an email with instructions and a link to access the PMN Beta Program. If accepted into the program, full access to PMN will be granted.
Access is provided free of charge, but you are responsible for any costs associated with your internet connection or devices used to participate.
We may limit or revoke your access at our discretion, including for non-compliance with these Terms or inactivity in the program.
5. Intellectual Property
All PMN Beta Program content, including lessons, videos, sheet music, and other materials, is owned by Piano Mastery Now or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. As a beta tester, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal testing purposes only. You may not:
• Copy, modify, distribute, or share the content.
• Use the content for commercial purposes or in any way that competes with PMN.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary materials.
6. Confidentiality
You agree to keep all PMN Beta Program content confidential and not disclose it to third parties without our prior written consent. This includes not sharing lesson details, feedback surveys, or access links on social media, forums, or other platforms.
7. Feedback Ownership
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide as part of the PMN Beta Program become the property of Piano Mastery Now. We may use your feedback to improve the program or for other purposes without compensation or attribution to you.
8. Privacy
Your participation in the PMN Beta Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://bwmg.xyz/pmn-beta-tester-form-privacy-policy. By submitting the form, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your name and email address as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. No Warranty
The PMN Beta Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the program will be error-free, meet your expectations, or be available at all times. You participate at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piano Mastery Now, its affiliates, and its service providers (e.g., GoHighLevel) will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the PMN Beta Program, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or opportunities.
11. Termination
We may terminate your participation in the PMN Beta Program at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using all beta program materials and delete any copies in your possession.
12. Third-Party Links
The PMN Beta Tester form and website may include links to third-party sites, such as Amazon affiliate links. These sites are not governed by these Terms or our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on bwmg.xyz or by emailing you. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when changes were made. Your continued participation in the Beta Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
